I. WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

• Surveying and evaluating the site‘s potential; looking for ideal locations for convenience store chains.
• For the Site Development Department, prepare documentation, leasing contracts, and administrative activities.
• Check with the construction department to see if there are any concerns with the construction and handover.
• Take a business trip to the province and, if necessary, evaluate the night market.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues that arise after the facilities are ready for business.
• Conduct a survey of nearby connected places (competitors, households).handle problems arising from premises, survey rival stores.
• Sales forecast for the premises.
• Train all members to understand Forecast the sales for convenience stores.
• Technical training for negotiation with the landlord. 

II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• A broad understanding of site development and a good working connection with brokers.
• 3 years of site development experience is required. 
• Have a strong feeling of responsibility and work hard in order to progress; excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• It is advantageous to have a background in finance and experience in the retail/real estate industry.
• In the previous two years, the average length of time spent trying at the old firm was 6 months, excluding probation.
• When conducting job, communicate openly and transparently.
• Working days are Saturday and Sunday, depending on the job.
