JOB SUMMARY
The AP Senior Executive is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payable records, maintaining supporting documents, and processing all unpaid invoices in a timely manner. This role also supports expense monitoring, budget control, and may supervise junior AP team members.
1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor company expenditures, including invoices, orders, statements, and bills.

Verify the validity of payment vouchers and supporting documents.

Prepare monthly reports and conduct regular account analysis.

Compare accounting data with system records to ensure accuracy.

Maintain accurate records and backups for tax and audit purposes.

Follow up with vendors and ensure complete payment records.

Review accounting documents for accuracy and compliance.

Oversee or guide AP clerks and junior accountants.

Join internal meetings to update on expenses and payment matters.
2. REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience in data analysis is a plus.

Strong time management and written communication skills.
