I. MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Tech) to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable analytical insights.

Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) using Power BI.

Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance, customer segmentation, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.

Prepare regular business review reports for senior management and propose data-driven recommendations to support business growth and optimization.

Develop, manage, and maintain statistical and forecasting models to predict customer behavior and support strategic decision-making.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality by monitoring, validating, and continuously improving reporting systems and data pipelines.

Work closely with development and data engineering teams to manage ETL processes and integrate data from multiple sources into the data warehouse.

Provide analytical support to various teams for campaign planning, financial forecasting, and operational efficiency improvement.

Lead and drive ad-hoc analytical projects to address business challenges, identify root causes, and optimize overall business performance.
II. REQUIREMENTS
Education and Knowledge

Bachelor’s degree in Auditing, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Experience
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or business analysis.

Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel.

Strong hands-on experience in building dashboards, analytical models, and management reports.

Proven ability to work independently across departments and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Skills and Abilities

Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining analytical findings to senior stakeholders.

Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and multi-source data integration is a strong advantage.

Prior experience in retail, fintech, or convenience store industries is preferred.
