I. Main Roles & Responsibilities

Employee Relations

  • Maintain and manage staff and company documents in a secure, organized, and systematically updated manner.
  • Prepare, create, and renew employment contracts (apprenticeship, probationary, labor contracts) and agreements related to intellectual property and confidentiality compliance.
  • Generate and submit periodic reports to local authorities as required.
  • Follow up and implement procedures according to company welfare policies (Seniority Bonus, Year-end Party, New Year Party) for employees.
  • Monitor, maintain records, and manage the admission of union members.

Payroll Management

  • Coordinate with departments to collect approved timesheets for monthly payroll processing.
  • Calculate monthly payroll, obtain all necessary approvals, and ensure timely payment.
  • Distribute monthly payslips to employees.
  • Address and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll.

Insurance & Tax

  • Liaise with insurance agencies to settle employee benefits related to illness, maternity, or accidents.
  • Manage statutory insurance procedures for employees, including social, health, and unemployment insurance; reconcile payments and provide guidance for employees leaving the company.
  • Conduct personal income tax declarations for employees, including issuance of PIT codes for employees and dependents, registration for family deductions, and reporting to the tax department.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

II. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of Vietnam Labor Code, personal income tax regulations, and statutory insurance laws.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) or similar HR roles.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including tact, discretion, empathy, and collaboration.

  • Conflict management, accountability, and management thinking skills.

  • Result-oriented, proactive, eager to learn, and quick to adapt.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

  • Adaptable to changing requirements and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Hard-working, honest, and flexible.

  • Ability to work under high-pressure, dynamic conditions.

  • Demonstrates responsibility, confidentiality, integrity, and reliability.
