I. MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, implement, and monitor mid-term and long-term business strategies to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, risks, and competitor activities.

  • Collaborate closely with senior management to define strategic priorities, business direction, and performance targets (KPIs).

  • Analyze business performance and operational results, providing strategic insights to support management decision-making.

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and company-wide projects.

  • Perform in-depth financial analysis, particularly on cost structures, budgeting, and investment efficiency, to support strategic decisions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to collect, consolidate, and analyze financial and business data.

  • Monitor industry developments, market dynamics, and competitor movements to proactively inform strategic planning.

  • Prepare and deliver strategic plans, business cases, reports, and recommendations to senior management.

  • Manage Investor Relations materials, including investor presentations, press releases, and annual reports.

  • Gather and provide feedback to senior management regarding investor perceptions, expectations, and concerns.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.

II. REQUIREMENTS

Education and Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

  • Proven experience in corporate strategy, business planning, management consulting, or related fields.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable execution plans.
