I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Provide customer support, resolve customer issues and check in to spot any cross- or upselling
    opportunities
  • Keep customer engaged and regularly visit GS25
  • Build customer loyalty and reduce churn
  • Keep a high-level view of the entire customer support process
  • Foster a customer-centric team environment
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

 II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?

  • 5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
  • Has experience in Retail industry is an advantage
  • Technical skills related to the use of the product or service
  • Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience, customer
    intelligence
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Customer relationship management
  • Collaboration Skills
  • Time management
  • Proactive problem resolution
  • Communication Skills
  • Data Analysis
