I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Digital

- Create many creative and effective storewide campaigns. Build Monthly promotion theme/scheme, Online activities to push Sales & traffic at stores;
- Work with Suppliers/ Partners to create the cooperative promotion, offline activities at stores and Social Media;
- Work with related Departments to create promotion scheme every month, every campaign.

Design

- Work with related Departments to coordinate and support POSM for New items, seasonal items, how to display and sell at store;
- Work closely with Design Team to make POSM and check content POSM;
- Orient and guide the team on new design trends and optimize display for users.

Project

- Build the strategy of New Service at GS25 & how to achieve the KPI of Project team;
- Survey market & Report of stores, competitors (monthly);
- Develop policies and programs to attract and add value to member customers.

Budget & Planning

- Report and plan the work to be implemented weekly and quarterly monthly budget reports;
- Report on summarizing & evaluating the effectiveness of each month, each quarter & the year on the Digital‘s KPIs.

II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?

- Marketing graduate or equivalent;
- Have knowledge in Retail Industry is a plus;
- Having at least 3 years in Digital Marketing;
- Hard working, dynamic and driven;
- Bachelor Degree required with good at English;
- Attention to details and able to work under pressure;
- “Can do” attitude and discipline in meeting deadlines;
- Curiosity and Innovative Thinking;
- Adaptability, Good People Skills and Sales-Minded.
