Employer Branding Executive is responsible for planning and promoting the reputation of the Company as an employer to attract and retain top talent. The primary focus is on creating and executing an employer branding strategy to communicate the organization‘s values, culture, and mission to external markets and current employees.
I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Branding Activties
- Manage the online and offline presence of the Company as an employer including social media platforms, career websites, POSM at stores and other channels.
- Design the organization‘s employer brand, such as videos, news and social media posts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the consistency of the employer brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Create and manage the relationships with external partners, such as universities, and industry associations, to enhance the organization‘s reputation as an employer.
- Work with TA members to organize the related offline events such as job fair/career talk/talk show,…
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
II. WHAT DO YOU NEED
- Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human resources, or a related field is often required.
- Fresher/Junior about 01 year of experience in Marketing/Corporate Branding/Communications/Employer Branding.
- Have experience with design social post internal/external.
- Interpersonal skills: be able to work effectively and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
- Creative.
