I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Be in charge of implementing and tracking the performance of online/offline sourcing channels including:
- Be in charge of job posting and data management on the recruitment online system.
- Implement and monitor Facebook Ads Campaign, choosing suitable strategies/tactics/tools to attract candidates and reach potential audiences, tracking and measuring the result of campaigns (cost, conversion rate, leads generation).
- Monitor and optimize the performance of related social media (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Zalo,…) including campaign, contents, designs, responses,…
- Cooperate with related partners such as job boards, universities/colleges…
- Organize recruiting events (career day, job fair, career talk….)
- Be in charge of internal recruitment board/referral promote.
- Implement and monitor recruiting POSM in-store.
- Process job posting/search package with third parties.
II. WHAT DO YOU NEED
- At least 01-year experience on Employer Branding/Sourcing/Digital Marketing.
- Facebook ads/Google ads practical experience.
- Content creating & design skill.
- Able to work with varying job boards/events.
- Flexible mindset, creative, result-oriented
