I. JOB SUMMARY

The HSE Executive is a key member of the HSE team, responsible for supporting, implementing, and maintaining the company‘s health, safety, and environmental programs across our stores and facilities in Vietnam. This role will work closely with store and facility management teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.

II. MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

HSE Compliance

• Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of HSE policies, procedures, and programs

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with Vietnamese HSE laws, regulations, and company standards.

• Identify and report potential HSE risks and non-compliance issues.

• Assist in developing and implementing corrective action plans to address identified deficiencies

Risk Assessment and Mitigation

• Participate in risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace.

• Implement and monitor risk mitigation measures to minimize the likelihood and severity of incidents.

• Investigate incidents and near misses, identify root causes, and recommend preventive actions.

Training and Awareness

• Deliver HSE training programs to employees and managers.

• Maintain HSE training records and documentation.

Others

• Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

III. REQUIREMENTS

Education and Knowledge

• Bachelor‘s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or Engineering;

• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to fire, health, safety, and the environment;

• Familiarity with retail industry-specific health, safety, and environmental issues;

• Knowledge of risk assessment and risk management techniques.

Experience

• Minimum 3 year of experience in a health, safety, and environmental role, preferably in a retail or similar industry;

• Experience developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures;

• Experience conducting risk assessments and developing emergency response plans.
