I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Prepare and submit budget statements for new store construction and minor repair and maintenance items;
• Making contracts and procedures for payment and settlement for contractors for construction, repair and maintenance items;
• Making and monitoring payment records management, volume settlement with contractors;
• Store settlement records, complete scientific works, easy to find, easy to see, easy to get;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager;
• Periodic reporting: Month/Week - on the 23rd of every month and every Friday.

II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• General understanding of the construction industry;
• Knowledge of construction contracts and construction accounting;
• Have supervisory and time management skills;
• At least 1 year of similar experience;
• Ability to work according to flowchart;
• Good communication skill, excellent management skill & teamwork skill;
• Advanced computer literacy;
• Adaptability: be able to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment;
• Can work under pressure.
