I. WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

1. Training and Development

  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training requirements across the organization
  • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs, including classroom-based, online, and blended learning solutions
  • Curate and maintain a library of training resources, e-learning modules, and other learning materials
  • Facilitate training workshops, seminars, and workshops to build employee capabilities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create custom training content

2. Talent Development

  • Identify and develop high-potential employees for future growth and advancement
  • Design and implement specialized talent development programs, such as mentoring, job rotations, and leadership training
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees on their professional development and career goals
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to create personalized development plans for key talent

3. Internal Events

  • Organize and facilitate internal events, workshops, and conferences to promote learning and development
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., HR, Communications) to plan and execute company-wide events and initiatives
  • Ensure that internal events and programs are aligned with the organization‘s learning and development objectives

II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Excellent in Microsoft office
  • Communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese
  • Strong communication, and interpersonal skills, including tact, discretion, empathy and cooperation
  • Have conflict management skills, management thinking and accountability.
  • Can-do attitude, result-oriented, eager learning, and quick adaptation
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills;
  • Adaptability: be able to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment
