Main Responsibilities

Review and verify contracts and transaction documents to ensure legal compliance.

Provide legal advice and support to the Management Board and other departments.

Develop and implement legal guidelines and compliance frameworks for the company’s business operations.

Draft, update, and manage contract templates and internal legal documents.

Monitor, interpret, and update changes in laws and regulations related to the company’s business.

Liaise with external law firms or consultants on specialized legal matters when required.

Perform other legal duties as assigned by Line Manager.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Lawyer Certificate required).

Experience: At least 5 years of legal experience, including 3 years in Legal Counsel/Supervisor/Manager roles.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of legal compliance, contracts, and business law.
