Main Responsibilities

Order Management
-
Develop and implement planning strategies based on sales data analysis and demand forecasting.

Supervise and guide the planning team to ensure timely product ordering and allocation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage purchase orders and monitor order fulfillment.

Track promotional, gift, and new items to ensure timely store allocation.
-
Coordinate with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and resolve any issues.

Inventory Management

Analyze and forecast inventory levels to meet business needs and sales performance.
-
Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and maintain accurate stock movement records.
-
Identify and manage slow-moving or obsolete items, optimizing inventory turnover and reducing holding costs.

Reporting & Team Development
-
Prepare and present regular inventory performance reports to senior management.
-
Lead, train, and motivate the planning team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
-
Continuously improve planning and inventory management processes.
-

Other Duties
-
Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

Requirements
Education & Knowledge
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, retail operations, and inventory control.
Experience
-
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supply or demand planning role, preferably in FMCG or retail.

Proficiency in inventory or warehouse management systems.

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Highly organized with great attention to detail.

Good written and spoken English skills.
