Main Responsibilities
1. Order Planning

Develop ordering plans by supplier based on sales volume, stock levels, and business demand.

Supervise team members to ensure accurate and productive ordering activities.

Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

Follow up on timelines for new items, store openings, promotions, and event plans.
-
Coordinate with suppliers, stores, and CJ warehouses to resolve operational issues promptly.
2. Inventory Control

Manage return-to-supplier processes following SOPs.

Monitor goods return progress between stores, warehouses, and suppliers.

Handle claim and expiry date management.

Reconcile stock counts with accounting teams (including discrepancies, damages, and shortages).
3. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain and manage documents and records related to planning and inventory control.

Prepare and submit reports as required by management.
-
Identify and report issues or risks in a timely manner.
Requirements
Education & Knowledge
-
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
-
Understanding of supply chain and logistics operations; working experience in logistics is an advantage.
Experience
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or order planning.
Skills

Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management software.

Strong planning, execution, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
