Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance operations of GS25 stores; ensuring the construction works, equipment and facilities are kept in good working condition and that maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively; develop and implement maintenance plan, policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the safety and reliability of construction works, equipment and facilities.

  • Develop and implement maintenance plan, policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring that they are carried out safely, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Manage and supervise maintenance members, providing leadership and direction to ensure they are working to the best of their ability.
  • Manage and supervise maintenance contractors to ensure their work’s quality.
  • Ensure that all construction works, equipment, and facilities are well maintained and in good working condition.
  • Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to reduce the risk of breakdowns and unplanned downtime.
  • Manage and monitor maintenance budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and that all work is carried out within budget.
  • Maintain records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, parts inventory, and maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager and BOM.



  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance management, retail store chain experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing maintenance plan, policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Experience managing maintenance staff and contractors.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
