WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance operations of GS25 stores; ensuring the construction works, equipment and facilities are kept in good working condition and that maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively; develop and implement maintenance plan, policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the safety and reliability of construction works, equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement maintenance plan, policies, procedures, and programs.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring that they are carried out safely, efficiently, and effectively.
- Manage and supervise maintenance members, providing leadership and direction to ensure they are working to the best of their ability.
- Manage and supervise maintenance contractors to ensure their work’s quality.
- Ensure that all construction works, equipment, and facilities are well maintained and in good working condition.
- Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to reduce the risk of breakdowns and unplanned downtime.
- Manage and monitor maintenance budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and that all work is carried out within budget.
- Maintain records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, parts inventory, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager and BOM.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance management, retail store chain experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing maintenance plan, policies, procedures, and programs.
- Experience managing maintenance staff and contractors.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as required.
