I. Job Summary

The Marketing Executive (Brand Executive) is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing activities, including new store openings, monthly promotions, events, brand collaterals, and brand partnership campaigns. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand awareness and delivering consistent brand experiences to customers.

II. Main Roles & Responsibilities

1. Branding

  • Create creative briefs for POSM materials and social media posts.

  • Coordinate with the Creative team to develop branding design and content aligned with the brand strategy.

2. Events & Promotions

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for new store openings, product launches, and other promotional events.

  • Supervise and manage the event production process, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with brand standards.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of event materials and setup.

3. Others

  • Support in executing partnership campaigns and branding initiatives.

  • Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

III. Requirements

Education & Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Good understanding of brand management, marketing principles, and communication strategies.

  • Familiarity with event planning and execution.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

  • Experience in retail marketing or event management is a plus.
