1. Planning 

  • Planning: develop and execute marketing strategies and plan aligning with overall business goals as well as staying up to date on consumer trends and competitive landscape 
  • Tracking: Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and make recommendations for improvement 
  • Budget control: develop and manage budgets of related marketing activities. 
  • Department management: recruit, train, and manage team members to ensure the highest level of performance and productivity. 

2. Trade Marketing 

  • Promotion: create and implement trade marketing promotions concept and activities that drive sales and revenue. 
  • In-store events: create and implement in-store activation activities to drive traffic to store such as store opening, anniversaries events, … 
  • Membership: develop and execute strategies that increase customer loyalty and membership. 

3. Digital Marketing 

  • Online content: manage the company‘s online presence, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO) and other online platforms. 
  • Digital marketing campaign: oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns. 
  • Online reputation: monitor the company‘s online reputation, and track and analyze web traffic and engagement metrics. 
  • PR and Communication: manage relationships with the media, develop press releases and other communication materials, and respond to media inquiries. 

4. Graphic Design 

  • Overseeing graphic design team, ensuring that all marketing materials are visually appealing and consistent with the company‘s branding guidelines. 
  • Develop marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, product packaging and labeling. 


  • At least 5 years of experience in Marketing at the same roles.
  • Understanding of market research methods and data analysis
  • Familiar with trade marketing methods, merchandising techniques, digital and branding strategies for the retail industry.
  • Project management skills, Creative thinking, Leadership skills 
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Think strategically and anticipate future trends and opportunities. 
  • Can manage and prioritize competing demands and deadlines. 
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and strategies. 
  • Passion for the retail industry and a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences. 
  • Commitment to achieving results. 
  • Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
