I. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Searching for new suppliers;
- Negotiation: new product, promotion, basic sale, contract condition;
- Sharing negotiations result: reporting, summarizing, meeting;
- Analyzing supplier performance: products, rebates, sales…;
- Floor planning: sales analyses, zoning, layout, planogram;
- Control product variation and replacement: preparing products and shelves parts, etc.…;
- Store visiting rounds and communication;
- Running sales promotion plans;
- Communication and announcement to other departments;
- Reference for practical use;
- Other job as assigned by Line Manager
II. REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from College/University in relevant field;
- At least 02-3 years of experience as Purchasing or Buyer in Supermarket/CVS/Retail, has a deep knowledge of the market situation
- Searching for new suppliers, negotiation skills, analytical ability;
- Willing to try new categories. Aggressiveness to find new categories and suppliers;
- Sense of sociability, positivity, commitment, and communication ability with other departments, stores, buyers, and suppliers;
- Able to work independently, and possess a high level of responsibility and commitment;
- Good command of English and computer skills. (Priority).
