Procurement Manager is responsible for ensuring that costs are effectively managed, optimize procurement expenditures.
I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Purchasing management
- Update/ review procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
- Build Master file Standard Prices and update changing and benchmarking with market.
- Check and review purchase request quotation to ensure its align with the standard price/market price and under budget before management approval.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to find new suppliers/contractors, negotiate prices to optimize procurement expenditures.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, provide recommendations on how to reduce costs and improve profitability.
- Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
- Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
- Controlling the procurement budget
- Monthly report about changing of prices.
- Prepare supplier/contractor evaluation report against appropriate standards.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Interior and Construction or related field.
- Knowledge of relevant cost management, purchasing standards, regulations and practices.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Contruction, Maintenance
- Experience working in Retail is preferable.
- Analytical skills; Attention to detail; Communication skills; Focus on quality and accuracy.
