I. MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Quality Control Activities
-
Check stock status daily and ensure accuracy of inventory records.

Inspect product quality in storage and during handling.

Monitor the condition of delivery and transportation vehicles at the warehouse.

Check product quality before receiving and dispatching, including documentation, external appearance, and labeling.

Accurately complete and record all quality control forms according to department guidelines.
2. Rules & Regulations
-
Comply with all company procedures, policies, rules, and regulations.
3. Other Duties
-
Perform other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line manager.
II. REQUIREMENTS
1. Education and Knowledge
-
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Food Chemistry, Food Technology, or related fields.

Solid knowledge of food quality management systems such as GMP, HACCP, ISO 9000, and 5S.
2. Experience
-
Minimum of 3 year of experience in QA/QC, fresh food receiving, or food production environments.
3. Skills and Abilities
-
Strong communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-
High level of discipline and ability to work under pressure.
4. Other Characteristics

Willingness to travel or relocate based on job requirements.
