I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Quality control activities

• Make QC inspection plan and supervise all QC inspections at stores in compliance with plan and GS25 Vietnam standard monthly.
• Check and investigate root causes of issues related to quality overall, and issues that cause unsafety of Food Service products.
• Review, evaluate and make effective suggestion for SOP.
• Evaluate, remind, and make suggestion for issues that cause unsafety of Food Service products at stores.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure food safety of Food Service products at the store.
• Devising ways to improve the process to ensure higher-quality goods.

License

• Getting license for food safety certification vs requirement.
• Support inspection/appraisal issues at the store
• Receive and handle inspections from government agencies on food safety and hygiene.
• Provide consulting support to stores when receiving inspections from government agencies.

Training

• Plan and perform training for QC new staff.
• Plan and perform training on quality awareness, quality control, analytical methods, food safety standards for relevant subjects.

Rules and Regulations

• Follow all working procedures, company‘s policies, rules and regulations.

Other duties

• Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Manager
• Make periodical as well as ad-hoc report on quality control.

II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• Experience: Minimum 02 year working in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in the F&B/ Retail.
• Knowledge: Have knowledge on standards of quality systems in food area (GMP/HACCP/ ISO22000...)
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Control, Food Technology, Industrial Management, Bio-technology or a related field
• Good communication and listening skill.
• English fluency (both verbal and written) is a plus.
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel.
