I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and
overseeing them to completion - Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
- Write and design unique and well-crafted content that meet business needs
- Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
- Direct and motivate teams of art directors, designers, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use
their talents effectively - Collaborate with marketing team to obtain knowledge of the business requirements & requests
- Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals
- Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future
II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as Art Director or Creative Director
- Experience in working collaboratively with other departments, e.g. Merchandising and Operations
- Creative Concept, art direction, content principles and best practices
- Details oriented
- Can manage and prioritize competing demands and deadlines
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and strategies
