I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• In charge of coordinating with the accountant to manage the equipment of the old store, new store, inventory
• Check the device‘s condition to make a reasonable reuse plan
• Responsible for closing, recalling the site improvement equipment under the contract after closing the store
• Coordinate with construction, QS to check, accept and confirm the quantity and quality of equipment
• Make a long-term plan for cleaning equipment and air conditioners, replacing fire extinguishers in stores
• Supervising the old store renovation 
• Working closely with the authority department upon request in Fire prevention tasks
• Prepare weekly and monthly work reports.

II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• General understanding of the construction industry.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and construction accounting.
• Have supervisory and time management skills.
• At least 1 year of similar experience
• Ability to work according to flowchart
• Teamwork
• Can work under pressure
• Friendly, honest, progressive.
• Responsible, compliant and well-executed.
