I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Review contracts and other documents arising during the Company’s operation (Procurement Agreements, Leasing & Subleasing Agreements, Sales Agreements, Merchandising Agreements, etc.).
- Create & standardize templates of various types of contracts.
- Take part in contract negotiations with external parties.
- Set up internal working procedures and contract standards.
- Advise other departments on legal issues relating to the business activities of the Company.
- Handle insurance contracts & insurance-related documents.
- Work with insurance unit to recover compensation.
- Check, evaluate legal compliance of the Company and propose improvement solutions (if any).
- Other tasks assigned by a line manager and the Head of Legal.
II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Bachelor of Law.
- At least 04 years of experience in related field (Retail experience is a plus).
- Strong written and reading skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Logical thinking, risk analyzing, problem solving skills.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team.
- Open mindset and quick adaptation.
