JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition professional who will take responsibility for talent fulfillment, talent management, and development for Head Office positions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the right people are hired to support our company’s growth and culture.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead end-to-end recruitment for Head Office roles, particularly senior-level, strategic, or newly created positions based on weekly, monthly, and quarterly workforce plans.

Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support the company’s rapid growth.

Execute internal and external recruitment strategies to achieve TA goals effectively.

Monitor TA performance metrics (e.g., CV-to-offer ratio, TAT) and identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and propose practical recruitment solutions.

Continuously improve recruiting processes to enhance candidate experience and hiring outcomes.

Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to increase visibility and attractiveness of our talent pool.

Manage recruitment hotline and provide timely responses across all TA-related communication channels.

Regularly update and maintain the organizational chart of the department.

Take on other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

Solid knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and employer branding techniques.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, HRBP, or Recruitment Agency/Headhunt.
