I. WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

• Propose promotion idea of monthly promotion, launching new items promotion, Ad-hoc promotion
• Track the performance of promotion program, make report in weekly/monthly basic, recommend and take lead on appropriate actions for improvement.
• Implement promotion campaign in-store and system to make sure promotion is happened on time.
• Work with Merchandise to deploy monthly promotion, opening promotion, Adhoc & Clearance promotion at store.
• Meeting with Merchandise, Operation, Warehouse to discuss monthly promotion & manage all POSM at stores from material to display position
• Work with vendors to print POSM, produce gift of monthly promotion
• Work closely with Operation team to ensure all campaigns will be run smoothly at stores: activation, event, POSM management
• Support stores for necessary POSM ordered by OP & MD team. Support stores to change, add more POSM by weekly, monthly
• Coordinate with MD, OP and IT to execute the Membership program on system.
• Other assignment by Line Manager

II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?

•  At least 2 years of experience in Marketing Executive for a retail company.
• Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in promotion register on Ministry of Industry and Trade system.
• POSM material basic understanding
• Familiar with data analyze and marketing activation, especially as they relate to the retail industry
• Marketing principles and best practices.
• Project management skills, Analytical skills.
• Customers oriented, Detail oriented.
• Can manage and prioritize competing demands and deadlines.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and strategies.
