JOB SUMMARY
Senior Trade Marketing Executive is responsible for executing trade marketing initiatives to drive sales and revenue.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Promotion and Activation
- Promotion program: coordinate with MD and OP to propose monthly promotion program/big promotion campaign to drive sales and revenue.
- Activation: coordinate with OP to propose activation activities to push sales including new store opening, new product launching, push sales activities,…
- Tracking & reporting: track the performance of promotion program, make report in weekly/monthly basic, recommend and take lead on appropriate actions for improvement.
2. Membership
- Membership program: coordinate with MD, OP and IT to propose monthly program/big campaign to increase customer loyalty and membership.
- Tracking & reporting: track the performance of membership program, make report in weekly/monthly basic, recommend and take lead on appropriate actions for improvement.
3. Others
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Education and Knowledge
- Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiar with trade marketing initiatives, especially as they relate to the retail industry.
2. Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing for a retail company.
- Experience in working collaboratively with other departments, especially Operation and Merchandise.
