I. WHAT WILL YOU DO 

Training 

  • Plan and conduct training of New Employees based on the company‘s Standard Operating Procedures
  • Plan and conduct periodic re-training to improve the skills of employees of existing stores
  • Training store staff on sales, service and problem solving knowledge at the store
  • Training staff store franchise on company operations based on franchise contracts
  • Check, modify and improve the Material on a monthly basis, measure and evaluate training knowledge of trainees

Update information 

  • Manage and update training results of store staff
  • Control training costs;
  • Propose and offer solutions, improve training content in line with the company‘s activities  
  • Monthly report to the Manager of training department. 

II. WHAT DO YOU NEED

  • Having general knowledge and understanding of retail services is an advantage
  • At least 1 year training in retail chain or F&B.
  • Ability to work independently, have a sense of responsibility, problem solving and multi-tasking
  • Good communication skills, positive and agile working attitude
  • Good skills in Word, Excel & Power Point and English (speaking and writing basic)
