I. WHAT WILL YOU DO
Training
- Plan and conduct training of New Employees based on the company‘s Standard Operating Procedures
- Plan and conduct periodic re-training to improve the skills of employees of existing stores
- Training store staff on sales, service and problem solving knowledge at the store
- Training staff store franchise on company operations based on franchise contracts
- Check, modify and improve the Material on a monthly basis, measure and evaluate training knowledge of trainees
Update information
- Manage and update training results of store staff
- Control training costs;
- Propose and offer solutions, improve training content in line with the company‘s activities
- Monthly report to the Manager of training department.
II. WHAT DO YOU NEED
- Having general knowledge and understanding of retail services is an advantage
- At least 1 year training in retail chain or F&B.
- Ability to work independently, have a sense of responsibility, problem solving and multi-tasking
- Good communication skills, positive and agile working attitude
- Good skills in Word, Excel & Power Point and English (speaking and writing basic)
