Develop and deliver engaging training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Evaluate training effectiveness and provide ongoing support. Track participant progress and provide detailed reports on training outcomes. Collaborate with department manager to maintain up-to-date training materials. 

I. WHAT WILL YOU DO

Training Program Development & Design 

  • Plan and conduct training of new employees (CSR/ASM/SM) based on the company‘s Standard Operating Procedures. 
  • Conduct periodic re-training to improve the skills of employees of existing stores. 
  • Create training content (presentations, handouts, exercises) aligned with business needs. 
  • Update and maintain training materials regularly

Training Delivery & Facilitation: 

  • Facilitate training sessions across store locations. 
  • Set up equipment per session, prepare room layouts 
  • Utilize interactive training methods to maximize engagement 
  • Manage training logistics (scheduling, venues, resources) 

Training Effectiveness Evaluation & Reporting 

  • Manage and update training results to staff
  • Analyze training data to identify areas for improvement 
  • Generate reports on training outcomes and key metrics for management. 

II. WHAT DO YOU NEED

  • Bachelor‘s degree in HR, Education, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of e-learning systems and training methodologies (interactive, hands-on).
  • At least 3 years of experience in training, preferably in retail (convenience stores, retail chain or F&B, FMCG)
  • Good at presentation, facilitation, problem-solving;
  • Good at designing training documents
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel & Power Point and English (speaking and writing basic). 
  • Content creation skills are an advantage (shooting and editing videos on CapCut)
