I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Training Delivery & Execution
- Deliver training programs for store staff (CSR, SM, etc.) based on standard training materials
- Conduct onboarding training for new employees
- Conduct periodic retraining to reinforce operational standards and improve staff capability
- Ensure all training sessions are delivered effectively and aligned with company SOPs
Training program deployment
- Support rollout of training program from Training team and L&D team, such as:
- New SOPs
- New Product
- Compliance Training
- Coordinate with Operations and related departments to ensure timely training deployment
- Utilize interactive training methods to maximize engagement
- Ensure training coverage across assigned stores
Training materials & content support
- Support development or update of training material
- Presentations
- SOP-based content
- Training guidelines
- Support digital learning content when required (e-learning, basic video content, etc.)
Training Effectiveness & Reporting
- Track training participation, completion, and assessment results
- Support analysis and reporting of training effectiveness
- Support Training logistics (Schedule, venue, preparation when required)
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager
II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Bachelor of Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Education or a related field;
- Knowledge of training methodologies and retail operations;
- Under 3 years of experience in FnB, CVS, and chain store training. (Must)
- Strong training delivery, facilitation and coaching skills, especially at store level
- Ability in developing training content;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic English communication
- Good sense of caring people and company culture;
- Strong logical thinking/problem-solving skills;
- Adaptability: be able to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment
