I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Develop and implement training programs
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Design training content and curriculum.
- Plan, organize, and execute training sessions.
Monitoring Training Quality
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs (post-training assessments, participant feedback, job
performance) - Update training content based on real-time needs.
- Propose improvements or replacements for ineffective programs.
Reporting and Evaluation
- Prepare periodic reports on training results and areas for improvement.
- Propose long-term training development plans.
- Monitor training costs and ensure budget compliance.
II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Bachelor’s degree from university in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar majors
- 5 years of experience in training and development, with 3 years as Senior Trainer and 2 years as similar
role
Having knowledge in Retail, F&B is an advantage - Leadership skills: Ability to effectively guide and lead the team.
- Analytical and planning skills: Analyze training needs and create appropriate plans.
- Communication skills: Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with departments.
- Time management skills: Organize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
